Archiving the Inner city symposium in Philadelphia. Friday 14 November
In conjunction with Urban Studies at University of Pennsylvania, Archiving the Inner City is organising a symposium on Friday 14 November. It starts at 1pm in McNeil 410 on the UPenn campus. We are very excited about it!
We are very grateful to all our participants for offering their time to share their fantastic work and talk about the joys and challenges of bringing Philadelphia’s Black urban history to the wider public realm. We are delighted that photographer Monique Perry, who joined us at our Brixton, London event in 2023 will be back with us, exhibiting a selection of her Philly photographs.
